Darren Belick is a seasoned executive who has been in the telecommunications industry for 27 years. He started his career in the late 70’s building and managing cable television systems throughout the northeast and rose steadily through the industry holding Sr. Management positions with TKR and Cablevision. His most recent position was with Comcast where he was Vice President of Operations for the company’s largest operating area in the country serving over 750,000 customers. He has built, marketed and managed major fiber-optic/coax systems, Network Operations Centers and head-ends, while deploying new technologies such as Data, IP Telephony and on demand services along the way.

Michael Foss has been in the communications industry for 22 years. His vast experience spans the design, installation, and implementation of several varied technologies. His career began with AT&T inside cabling and phone system installation. Mr. Foss transferred to AT&T outside plant operations where he installed fiber optic and microwave systems across thirteen states. His experience carried him back to inside cabling and networking. He worked for several large companies as a regional project manager and design engineer, completing projects involving complex physical networks. Mr. Foss started ComTech Systems in 1996 and continued his career in communications networks by acquiring his BICSI, RCDD certification. He has completed projects ranging from small remote office cabling and network installations to large, multiple floor, multiple building and multiple city integrations involving thousands of voice and data station locations, network design and implementation. Mr. Foss has been involved with SVA since 1995. He has installed copper, fiber and coax in most of the college’s locations as well as designed and installed the school’s campus wide network upgrade. He has completed projects involving multiple floors for both residents and faculty operations as well as implemented the wireless campus communications network. At BCI, Specialty Communications, Mr. Foss currently is the Vice President of Operations where he oversees the design and implementation of the wired and wireless network communications systems.

Charles Simone brings BCI more than 15 years of experience in the wireless industry. Prior to joining the BCI team in 2006, Simone served as Chief Executive Officer for American Tower, LLC, where he was responsible for designing and implementation of high profile public safety wireless systems. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Operations for LTW, Inc. were he focused on providing turnkey infrastructure solutions for the design, installation and maintenance of broadband wireless networks. His vast knowledge of different wireless technologies including; two-way/trunked radio systems, microwave backhaul systems, and tower/antenna design, RF engineering, and network designing.
